Which best describes where you are right now?
We use this to keep the conversation practical instead of sending you into a one-size-fits-all Medicare script.
Some people are enrolling for the first time, some are reviewing a current plan, and some are helping a spouse or parent. We want to meet you where you are.

What we check
What we compare for you
Monthly premium
What you pay each month for the plan, on top of your Part B premium.
Out-of-pocket limit
The most you’d pay in a year for covered in-network care in a Medicare Advantage plan. In 2027, no plan can set it above $9,850.
Your prescriptions
Whether each drug is on the plan’s formulary, its tier, and any prior authorization or quantity limits.
Your doctors and hospitals
Whether the providers you see now are in the plan’s network.
Your pharmacy
Preferred pharmacies can mean lower copays. We check the one you use.
Extra benefits
Dental, vision, hearing, fitness and over-the-counter allowances vary a lot from plan to plan.

FAQ
Common questions
Is the plan comparison really free?
Yes. Insurance companies pay licensed agents. Your premium is the same whether you enroll through Prime Plan or directly.
Do you show every plan in my area?
No. We compare plans from the insurance companies we work with in your area. For information on all of your options, visit Medicare.gov, call 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048), or contact your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP).
How do you estimate my yearly cost?
We add up the plan premium, the copays for care you expect to use, and what your prescriptions would cost at your pharmacy, so you can compare totals instead of premiums alone.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Annual Enrollment runs October 15 to December 7 each year. If you’re in a Medicare Advantage plan, you can also make one change from January 1 to March 31.
What happens after I share my information?
Your answers are saved and you can pick a time on Gabriel’s calendar right away. A licensed agent calls at that time to go over your options. There’s no obligation to enroll.
Prefer to talk it through?
