Gabriel Nisanov
Licensed Medicare & Medicaid enrollment advisor
Gabriel Nisanov is a licensed insurance agent who helps people enroll in Medicare and Medicaid-related coverage, compare plan options, and choose a plan around their doctors, prescriptions, budget and timing.
Many of his clients are turning 65, reviewing a plan that no longer fits, or helping a parent who has both Medicare and Medicaid. Prime Plan supports clients in English and Russian.
“My goal is simple: make the next step clear, explain the trade-offs in plain language, and be reachable when you want to talk.”
How we work
What working with us looks like
We start with you
Doctors, prescriptions, budget and timing come first. Plans come second.
We compare across companies
Plans from several insurers, side by side, in the same format.
We explain the trade-offs
What each plan does well and where it falls short, in plain words.
We stay with you
A review every fall, and help when a bill, letter or question comes up.
How we’re paid
Prime Plan is paid by the insurance companies whose plans we offer. You never pay us a fee, and your premium is the same whether you enroll through us, directly with the plan, or on Medicare.gov.
Licensing
Licensing and compliance
Prime Plan’s agents are licensed insurance agents. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program, and we do not offer every plan available in your area.
Read our Licensing & disclosures, Privacy policy and Terms of use for details.
